To get access to the new version of Facebook, all you need is an internet connected device (in this case, a mobile phone; Android or IOS). Once you have gotten the aforementioned, you follow the steps below.
- On your mobile device, go to your device’s store
- On the search tab type in Facebook
- Select the Facebook app, if your Facebook is not up to date, you will be prompted to update it. If it is up to date, there will be no option for update
- Click on the update button and your app will be updated in due time

- On my apps tab, look for the Facebook app and click on update and the update will be installed.
